Doritos Crunch Cancellation software is a downloadable program that lets you silence the iconic crunch of Doritos while you’re gaming or hanging out online.
In other words, you can eat Doritos without the fear of the crunch distracting the people you’re communicating with.
WHAT IT DOES
When Doritos Crunch Cancellation is turned on, the software detects crunching sounds and silences them. You’ll still be able to chat as normal, but no one will be able to hear you crunch.
HOW IT WORKS
Using a smart combo of artificial intelligence and machine learning, we trained the software to recognise the exact sound of a Doritos crunch.
Then, when this crunching sound is recognised by the software, it filters through your microphone, cancels out the crunch and allows you to eat Doritos in pure, blissful silence.

Do I have to have the software opened all the time?
In order for Doritos Crunch Cancellation to function, the application must be opened, and the toggle switch must be activated. The software will continue to run when minimized.
How do I turn Doritos Crunch Cancellation on or off?
Open the software and simply click the toggle button next to the Crunch Cancellation logo. The software is disabled when the toggle is grey and enabled when the toggle is green.
Do I have to close the software when I am not using it?
When the software is running, you will see a Doritos Crunch Cancellation microphone in your voice app of choice. If you don’t want to use it anymore, simply close the Doritos Crunch Cancellation App or switch the microphone input in the app you are using.
Can I use Crunch Cancellation with external microphones and headsets?
Yes, Crunch Cancellation uses a custom driver compatible with most external microphones and headsets. Simply select your microphone input within the settings of the software, or as your default audio device in Windows.
Does this software work with all audio applications on Windows?
Doritos Crunch Cancellation is designed to work with the majority of applications that use your microphone input.
Do I need to change my audio settings to make it work?
Within the Doritos Crunch Cancellation software, all you need to do is select the actual input microphone you are using, and then in Discord/Zoom/Skype select the Doritos Crunch Cancellation microphone from there.

Currently, Doritos Crunch Cancellation software is designed exclusively for Windows. We are exploring the possibility of expanding to more devices and consoles in the future.
